Dress Code
The
dress code during all the conference days is Casual (for
example shirt with jeans). For the final evening event on
Wednesday 30th of June the dress code is Cocktail (for
example jacket with jeans, short dress)
Arrival
There are the following arrangements for your transfer from
the International airport of Thessaloniki (“Makedonia"
Airport) to the Makedonia Palace Hotel:
If you arrive earlier than May 29th, and did not receive any
other information by email, please take a taxi by your own
in front of the airport. Price: approx. 30 EUR.
Duration: +/- 30 min depending on traffic.
If you arrive on Monday 29th of May (or later) transfers are
organized as follows:
For those of you who have received an information for
an individual taxi transfer, the driver will expect you just
outside the arrivals’ hall with a B/S/H/ sign. Costs are
covered. Duration +/- 30 min depending on traffic.
For participants arriving on Monday, May 29th at 13:30 hrs
from Munich there will be a bus transfer. Busses with a
B/S/H/ sign on the windscreen will wait for you at the
airport bus parking (P5) which is located on your right hand
side when leaving the arrival building. Please see the link.

BSH Reception desk
In the lobby of the hotel a BSH Reception desk will be
awaiting you between 13:00 and 17:00. Please pass by after
your arrival to receive your conference package and all
necessary information
