ADMINISTRATION OF ABSTRACTS (Description of Services)
FORUM I.C.O. undertake the responsibility of abstracts or/and full papers administration as described below:
Collection of abstracts and/or full papers
Confirmation of the collection to the presented or responsible author
File and entry
Correspondence with the abstract responsible
Mailing of the collected abstracts to the Scientific Committee
Mailing of the grading sheets to the reviewers
Collections of the grading and notification of the responsible authors
Notification to the presented authors the date/time and hall of his/her presentation and information about the time available for the presentation and audio visual equipment.
Preparation of CD Rom including the abstracts (with case and label with events logo on one side and the events committees on the other side). The CD Rom holder can find all the information by key words. Installation instructions will be included in the package.
Insertion of the abstracts in a special program in which someone can search information by:
ii. authors name, surname
iii. origin institution
iv. country/city of origin
v. separation oral/poster
